Treasure Coast Building Contractor
Licensed, Owner-Led Building and Remodeling on the Treasure Coast
Based in Port St. Lucie, Marago Construction provides residential and commercial remodeling, new construction, home additions, kitchen and bath renovation, and specialty timber construction across the Treasure Coast.
Direct Project Leadership from Planning Through Closeout
One accountable project lead remains involved from the initial property review through closeout. Before construction, Marago documents existing conditions, defines the approved work, identifies the licensed trades and design professionals required, and organizes their sequence around permits, materials, access, and site conditions. Clients know who is responsible for decisions and where to direct questions as the work progresses. That structure keeps design choices, field conditions, budget decisions, and schedule updates connected instead of passing them between unrelated contacts.

Meet Owner Angelo Koutsouradis
Marago Construction is led by owner Angelo Koutsouradis, a licensed local builder. His 30-plus years of experience began in the early 1990s in Boca Raton, working for his family’s residential construction business on oceanfront luxury remodels from West Palm Beach to Miami. A fourth-generation custom carpenter, he also managed the family millwork shop and developed hands-on experience in framing, drywall, finishing, painting, tile, and carpentry.
Angelo later worked as a subcontractor for Precetti Global Marine of Rome, remodeling luxury cruise ships in more than 24 countries. His work included restaurants, bars, public areas, and cabins across Carnival, Princess, and MCL cruise liners.
In 2021, Angelo relocated to Port St. Lucie to work for Mattamy Homes. His experience there included work on more than 38 Mattamy residential properties in Tradition, where the company recorded 100% customer-satisfaction survey results on those homes. He was later promoted to Amenities Project Manager, leading resort-style clubhouse and entrance-feature work in Mattamy communities and coordinating Tradition projects including Stars and Stripes Park and Tradition Town Hall.
That residential, commercial, and public-project background, together with his commitment to Port St. Lucie, guides how Marago evaluates existing conditions, defines responsibilities, sequences trades, and keeps decisions tied to the approved work from preconstruction through closeout.
Building Standards for Every Project
Marago’s Florida Building Contractor licensing supports the residential and commercial work we perform across the Treasure Coast. Years of local building and project-management experience guide how each job is evaluated and supervised.
Before construction begins, we document the approved work, confirm the required trades, and outline how scheduling, site access, selections, inspections, and updates will be handled through project closeout. Those details give everyone a shared reference throughout construction.
Qualified Trade Partners for the Work Required
Every construction project requires a different combination of skills. Marago identifies the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, cabinetry, painting, engineering, and design work called for by the approved plans and existing conditions.
Trade partners are assigned only to the phases that match their qualifications and licensing requirements and are vetted by Marago for quality and performance. Before their work begins, Marago confirms the relevant drawings, products, site access, preceding work, inspection dependencies, and responsibility for field questions. Project leadership then coordinates their sequence and checks each phase before the next dependent task proceeds.
This project-specific approach gives clients qualified professionals without turning coordination over to a collection of unrelated contacts.
